7-Day Money Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our Shared Hosting services, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
Non-Refundable Items: Please note that Domain Registrations, SSL Certificates, and VPS/Dedicated Server licenses are non-refundable as they are provisioned immediately by third-party registries.
Cancellation Process: Users can cancel their subscription at any time via the "Request Cancellation" button in the Service Management area.
Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (Razorpay/UPI) within 5-7 working days.
