Welcome to CortexHost. By accessing our services at cortexhost.in, you agree to comply with the following terms:
Service Agreement: We provide high-performance web hosting, VPS, and domain services. We guarantee a 99.9% network uptime excluding scheduled maintenance.
Fair Usage Policy: Users are prohibited from using our servers for any illegal activities, including but not limited to, DDoS attacks, hosting copyrighted material without permission, or sending SPAM emails.
Account Suspension: CortexHost reserves the right to suspend any account that consumes excessive server resources (CPU/RAM) or violates our safety protocols to protect other users.
Payment Terms: All services must be paid for in advance. Failure to renew within 3 days of the due date may lead to service termination.
Liability: While we take daily backups, CortexHost is not responsible for data loss due to user error or unforeseen hardware failure. Users are advised to maintain their own remote backups.
